The hot shower was a huge plus, but the noise outside was kind of annoying.

The staff were friendly and helpful, addressing our

inquiries with genuine warmth and support. We particularly enjoyed the spacious rooms and the hot showers were a delight after a day spent exploring. However, the internet connection was frustrating at times, which could use some improvement.

The food scene nearby was a culinary treasure chest! I savored treats at Cafe Andrade and loved every bite from Das Brot. Plus, my cozy room had great AC and a delightful balcony to soak in the vibes.

The shower pressure was disappointingly low, barely more than a trickle. When I raised this with reception, they informed me they were aware of the problem, which left me feeling frustrated. It was also quite noisy from outside, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The pool area was such a nice treat after a hot day! Loved the spacious Twin Room and the proximity to 5th Avenue. One downside, breakfast isn’t available on-site. 🌞

The room was spacious with a big double bed and a kitchen area that added convenience. I appreciated the effectiveness of the A/C, which kept the room comfortable, even in the heat. It’s central and reasonably quiet, with lovely views of the city from certain angles. The pool area looked inviting, even though I didn’t take the plunge during my stay.

There was some noise that filtered in from outside, which was a bit distracting at times.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Nautilus. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring I felt welcome throughout my visit. The location was ideal, just a short walk to both the beach and city center, making it convenient to explore.

It was really convenient having access to free coffee in the lobby. Plus, the balcony was a nice touch. Just a heads up – you might hear some noise from outside occasionally, but it wasn't a huge deal.

Loved the pool right outside our terrace and the easy walk to the beach. It was great having fresh coffee in the morning and a water machine for cold and hot water.

i previously stayed in playa del carmen, and nautilus exceeded my expectations. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and city center, allowing kids to play safely nearby. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a fantastic balcony for extra relaxation.
